Wesley Gray, Jr.

Wesley Gray, Jr. of Dickson, TN; Age 85; Passed away at his residence on Friday, August 31, 2018.

He was born in Hickman County, TN to the late Wesley Gray, Sr. and Zola Jane (Bissinger) Gray.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by step-mother Mrs. Mattie Pearl Gray; loving wife Loretta Gray; son Wesley Edward Gray; brothers Charles Gray, and Kenneth Gray; sister Mildred Moran; as well as his step-brother Elbert Wright.

He is survived by his son Kenneth Wayne Gray (Bernadette) of Dickson, TN; daughters Deborah Jane Martin (Ralph) of Dickson, TN, and Elsie Jean Lacasse (Detlef) of Pinewood, TN; grandchildren Amy (Martin) Kendall (Chris), Amanda Martin (Cory), Jonathan LaCasse (Cassidy), Emily (LaCasse) Mobley (Greg), and Chase Gray; great-grandchildren Samantha Martin, Lexi Nolen, Nick Hassel, Neil Nolen, Maddie LaCasse, Wesley Mobley, Faith LaCasse, and Emma Mobley; great-great-grandchildren Michael Nolen, Harlie Hammond, and Olivia Burnsed; honorary daughter Angel McPherson; brother-in-law Pete Moran; sisters-in-law Lillie Mae Hampton, Frances Donegan; step-brother Larry Wright; step-sisters Helen Charles, and Fay Carver; as well as his loving nieces, and nephews.

Mr. Gray proudly served his county in the United States Air Force from 1952 until 1975 – during the Korean, and Vietnam conflicts.

Visitation will begin on Tuesday, September 04, 2018 from 4:30 – 8:30 PM, and will continue on Wednesday, September 05, 2018 from 10:00 AM – until the time of services.

Funeral services will begin at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, September 05, 2018 from the Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home with Bro. Donnie Craig and Pastor Dan Richard officiating.

Burial will follow at Union Cemetery.
