Virginia Nell Tidwell

Virginia Nell Tidwell, age 79, of Dickson, TN, passed away June 21, 2021 at NHC in Dickson, TN. Virginia was born June 11, 1942, to the late, Cecil James and Alene Louise (Burns) Mullinicks. She is survived by a daughter, Carrie (James) McElhiney of Dickson, TN; three brothers, Gary (Ruthie) Mullinicks of Dickson, TN, Eddie (Sheila) Mullinicks of Dickson, TN, and Jeff Mullinicks of McEwen, TN; and two sisters, Rita (O'Neal) Vineyard and Pam (Dennie) Boren, both of Dickson, TN. In addition to her parents, Cecil James and Alene Louise Mullinicks, she is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Tidwell; two brother, Kenneth Mullinicks, and David Mullinicks. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at Dickson Funeral Home, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., and will resume on Thursday, July 24, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Funeral services will be Thursday, June 24, 2021, from the Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m., with Pastor Dennie Boren officiating. Burial will follow to McElhiney Cemetery.
