Sylvia Edwards

Sylvia Aline Goree Edwards, age 57, of Dickson, TN, passed away at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Sylvia was born February 21, 1962 in Albany, GA to the late Eugene and Emogene (Turner) Goree. She is survived by her husband, Curtis Edwards of Dickson, TN; two sons, Ryan Goree of Dickson, TN and Eric (Mary) Edwards of Jesup, GA; one daughter, Maegan Goff of Nashua, New Hampshire; one brother, Hoyte Goree of Shelbyville, KY; three sisters, Traci (Michael) Bloodworth of Fairview, TN,  Becky Carroll of Dickson, TN, and Dawn Goree of Fairview, TN; and one grandchild, Shawn Edwards. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her son, Jason Goff. A private memorial service is being planned by the family for Saturday, February 1, 2020.
