Sally Virginia Smith

Sally Virginia Smith, loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Sally passed away on June 20,2022 from her battle with cancer. She was surrounded and cared for by family during her final days. Sally is survived by the love of her life, husband Douglas John Smith. Together they had two children, Ann Marie Greene and Jaye Dea Tewey. She is the grandmother of three children, Andrew Raymond Fiss, Nicholas James Koermer, and Megan Laurel Koermer. Sally is the daughter of Gladys Lowner and Daniel Hough. She is survived by two brothers, John Hough and Bob Hough. She was preceded in death by her brother Dan Hough and sisters Neenie Davis and Becky Larkin. Sally was retired and enjoyed traveling and cruising with her husband and family. She loved crocheting and donated many hats and scarves to the senior center. Sally was a caregiver to her mother and sister and was known to be selfless and giving to everyone around her. She will be greatly missed and remembered by her loved ones by living their lives to the fullest and cherishing all of their time together.
