Richard Lee Albers, age 77, of Leesburg, FL (formerly of Nashville, TN), passed away December 27, 2019 at Cornerstone Hospice in Tarares, FL. Richard was born June 27, 1942 in Omaha, Nebraska to the late Richard Henry and Rose Cecilia (Foley) Albers. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Pat (Fussell) Albers of Leesburg, FL; and cousins, Joe Greer of Charlotte, TN, Lynne Campbell of Knoxville, TN, Benny Crowder of West Virginia, Elaine Kimbro of Dickson, TN, Tony Greer of Franklin, TN, Donnie Spann of Dickson, TN, Ronny Greer of Dickson, TN, Harris Southerland of Dickson, TN, Martha S. Anderson of Dickson, TN, Diane Thompson of Dickson, TN, Debbie Mirda of Cordova, TN, Gail Eubanks of Knoxville, TN, Jerry Hudson of Byrdstown, TN, Garry Hudson of Lenoir City, TN, and James Howard Fussell of Charlotte, TN. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 31, 2019 from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service at Dickson Funeral Home.
