Nell Brown

Nell Brown – Age 94 of Dickson, TN passed away on January 27, 2020 at Brookdale Belle Meade. Mrs. Brown was born in Perry County, TN on October 31, 1925 to the late Mr. Jesse James Ramey and Mrs. Lily Ruth Martin. Along with her parents she is also preceded in death by her husband Emery G. Brown; brother: O’Neal Ramey and sisters Mary Byrn, Alene Hooper, and Helen Rouse. She is survived by her daughter Dianne (Phil) Shelton of Dickson, TN; her sister Betsy Porter of Dickson, TN; two grandchildren Nikki (Mike) Gunnerson and Jimmy (Jill) Eubank. She is also survived by two Great-Grandchildren Spencer and Jacob Gunnerson. In lieu of flowers the family has asked that you donate to either Adoration Hospice, Dickson Cumberland Presbyterian Church, or the Alzheimer’s Disease Research. Visitation will be held from Dickson Funeral Home on Thursday January 30, 2020 from 11am until the time of services. Services will be held from our Chapel on January 30, 2020 at 2pm.
