Mary Ann McElhiney

Mary Ann McElhiney, age 82, of Bon Aqua, TN, passed away May 28, 2021, at TriStar Horizon Medical Center in Dickson, TN. Mary Ann was born August 10, 1938, in Davidson County, TN, to the late Robert C. and Viola (Myatt) Mitchell. She is survived by a son, Tony (Beth) Rodriguez of Antioch, TN; five step-sons, Richard (Linda) McElhiney, Robert McElhiney of Nashville, TN, Larry (Jessica) McElhiney of Bon Aqua, TN, Gary (Simone) McElhiney of Fairview, TN, and Mark McElhiney of Primm Springs, TN; two daughters, Deborah Ann (Donald) Ragsdale of Nunnelly, TN, and Donna (Gary) Kelley of Bon Aqua, TN; two sisters, Brenda J. Helderbrand of New Castle, IN, and Linda J. Pickeral of Hendersonville, TN; grandchildren, Rodney, Jordan, Michael, Matt, Michelle, Chace, Ty, and several step-grandchildren; great-grandchildren, Sloan, Shelby, Sophia, Caleb, Preston, Cody, Lilly, Oakley, Luke, and Levi; and two great-great-grandchildren, Axle and Rydlee. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband Clark McElhiney, four brothers, Robert C. Mitchell, Jr., Howard C. Mitchell, William H. Mitchell, and Donald R. Mitchell; and two sisters, Norma J. Fisher, and Nina Fay Northcutt. Visitation with the family will be at Dickson Funeral Home, Tuesday, June 1, 2021, from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., and will resume on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. until the time of service. Funeral services will be in the Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home, Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at 1:00 p.m., with a burial to follow at McElhiney Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Dickson Funeral Home.
