Marty V. Eaton, Sr.

Marty V. Eaton, Sr., Age 65 of Dickson, TN, passed away on July 5, 2022. Born on July 23, 1956 to L.C. Eaton and Willene Bradford Eaton. Marty worked many years in the construction business with his father, brother, and son. He enjoyed hunting, arrowheads on the riverbank, a good cup of coffee, fishing, working and most of all spoiling his grandkids. He never met a stranger, loved to joke around and was a very kind-hearted and loving man. Preceded in death by his mother Willene Bradford Eaton and Father L.C. Eaton; brother Calvin Eaton. He is survived by his loving wife, Kay of 42 years; his son Marty Eaton, Jr. (Melissa), his children Marty Colt Eaton, Scarlett Baker Eaton and little buddy Waylon Humphrey; daughter Leslie Thomas; her children Jacob Thomas and Jesse Thomas; their father Nathan Thomas; son Matthew Weems and family; stepmother Nellrose Eaton and also a large loving extended family and many close friends. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The American Cancer Society or The Gideons International. A Celebration of his life will be held 2:00pm, Friday, July 8th.
