Marjorie Ruth Hale – age 84 passed away at TriStar Horizon Medical Center on November 26, 2018. She was born in Dickson County on March 8, 1934, to the late Mr. Archie B. Armstrong and Mrs. Ruby Inez (Lee) Armstrong. Mrs. Hale was a long-time member of the Colesburg Church of Christ.In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Charles Hale; and brothers Billy, Buford, and Ralph Armstrong.She is survived by her daughter Debbie Greene of Mt. Juliet; brother Jerry Armstrong of Dickson; sisters Betty Hudson and Wilma Story; Grandchildren Jason (Mandy) Greene of Clarksville and Joshua (Brandy) Greene of Pleasant view, Great Grandchildren; Wade, Wiley, Georgia, Aly Rae, and Carter Greene. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, her fur baby Ginger, and her sister in law Peggy Hollis. Visitation will begin on Wednesday, November 28th, from 2-8pm and on Thursday, November 29th from 10 am till the time of services. Funeral services will be on November 29th from the Dickson Funeral Home Chapel beginning at 2 pm with Bro. Donnie Graig officiating. Burial will be at Union Cemetery following the services.
