Kenny Eugene Starkey, Jr., 21 years old, from Fairview, TN, passed away on August 5, 2020. Kenny was born October 31, 1998 in Victorville, California to Kenny Eugene Starkey, Sr., and Sandra Kay (Westphal) Parshall. He is survived by his father, Kenny Eugene Starkey, Sr. of Fairview, TN; mother and step-father, Sandra Kay (Michael) Parshall of Pleasant View, TN; grandmother, Ruby Delores Starkey of Fairview, TN; brother, Timothy (Nelly) Blanco of Murfreesboro, TN; sister, Shannon Blanco of Vanleer, TN; niece, Kylee Blanco; nephews, Corbin and Landen; and several aunts and uncles. Visitation will be at the Fairview Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home in Fairview, TN on Monday, August 10, 2020 from 2:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., and will resume on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.
