Kenneth Ray Potter of Dickson, TN; Age 93; Passed away on Thursday, July 12, 2018, at Dickson County Healthcare & Rehab Facility.
He was born in Dickson County, TN on March 06, 1925 to the late Mr. & Mrs. David, and Ollie (Murrell) Potter. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his son Rickey Dean; brothers James, and Medford Potter; as well as his sisters Gracie Yates, and Pearline Potter.
He is survived by his loving wife of 71 years Margaret Potter of Dickson, TN; daughter Paulette Potter of Dickson, TN; daughter-in-law Gloria Ann Potter of Dickson, TN; grandchildren Calvin Potter, Jason Potter, Kelly Dayton, and David Potter; as well as eight great-grandchildren Kenny, Stephen, Ryan, Kara, McKenzie, and Josh Potter, and Claire, and Lilly Dayton.
Mr. Potter served his country in the United States Army during World War II.
Visitation will begin on Friday, July 13, 2018, from 4:30 – 8:00 PM, and will continue on Saturday, July 14, 2018, from 10:00 – 10:45 AM.
Graveside services will begin at 11:00 AM at Union Cemetery – weather permitting.
