James Cecil Varden

Mr. James Cecil Varden of Fairview, Tn. passed away Tuesday, Septermber10, 2019 at his residence, at the age of 81. Mr. Varden is survived by his wife Peggy Elizabeth Varden of Fairview; son Larry Varden (Debbie) of Fairview, Tn.; two daughters Barbara Bachman (Mark) of Smyrna, Tn., and Karen Welch (Michael) of Fairview, Tn.; brother-in-law Jack Phillips (Pauline) of Fairview, TN.; sisters-in-law Charlene Varden of Fairview, Jean Hughes of Hohenwald, and Ethel Putizer (Carl) of Mt. Home, Idaho.; also Ten Grandchildren, Twelve Great Grandchildren, and several nieces and nepews. Mr Varden is preceded in death by his parents Walter, and Mary Ann (Deal) Varden; by infant son Richard Neal Varden; brothers Euell, Elbert, Lloyd, Leonel, Leighton, William (Bill) Varden; and daughter Latrice Eldrodean Varden. Visitation for Mr. James Cecil Varden will be Wednesday, September 11th, at the Fairview Chapel from 2-8 pm and Thursday , September 12th, from 10 am until time of service. Funeral Service will be Thursday, September 12th, from the Fairview Chapel beginning at 2 pm with Brother Joe Curry officiating. Burial will follow in the New Hope Cemetery.
