James Spencer Gault

James Spencer Gault, 78 years of age, passed away August 18, 2022 at his residence in Kingston Springs, TN. James was born July 31, 1944, in Strawberry Plains, TN to the late Thomas and Thelma Lee (Shellenburg) Gault. James enjoyed the outdoors, camping, and hiking. He loved dogs, cats, and was given the name, “the horse whisperer,” due to his love of horses. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Elizabeth Jeannine Gault of Kingston Springs, TN; step-daughter, Robin (Brian) Grace of Paducah, KY; step-son, Terry (Vonda) Keeling of King, North Carolina; sister, Ginger (Don) Amos of Cadiz, KY; four grandchildren, Betsy (Mickey) Wrenn, Carrie Beth Keeling, Susan Keeling, and Leah Elizabeth Bennett; and four great-grandchildren, Caleb Wrenn, Joshua Wrenn, Bailey Rae Bennett, and Jack Bennett. A burial is planned for August 23, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Davis Family Cemetery in Kingston Springs, TN. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cheatham County Animal Shelter.
