Edison Green Givens of Dickson, TN; Age 85; Passed away on Thursday, September 06, 2018 at his residence.
He was born in Williamson County, TN on January 09, 1933 to the late Mr. & Mrs. Benjamin F., and Hannah (Green) Givens. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Randall Givens; as well as his sisters Lois Wallace, and Sue White.
Mr. Givens is survived by his loving wife Freida Givens of Dickson, TN; sons Kirk Givens (Patty) of Dickson, TN, and Tracy Givens (Paula) of Nashville, TN; daughters Teresa Hadden of Charlotte, TN, and Kimberly Houser (Gary) of Danville, IN.
Visitation will begin on Sunday, September 09, 2018 from 3 – 8 PM, and will continue on Monday, September 10, 2018, from 11:00 AM – until the time of services.
Funeral services will begin at 3:30 PM on Monday, September 10, 2018, from the Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home with Bro. Fred Mayberry officiating.
Burial will follow at Hudgins Cemetery in Fairview, TN.
