Doyle Dwayne Mackens of Charlotte, TN; Age 57; Passed away on Thursday, June 21, 2018, at Alive Hospice in Nashville, TN.
He was born in Dickson County, TN on August 25, 1960, to the late Mr. & Mrs. Johnny "Slim", and Bea (Hayes) Mackens. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Sondra Mackens; paternal grandparents Frank, and Estelle Mackens; as well as his maternal grandparents Buddy, and Byde Hayes.
He is survived by his sons Travis Mackens of Bon Aqua, TN, Steven Lilly of Nashville, TN, and Jeremy Street of Charlotte, TN; sister Connie Ikard (Jay) of Franklin, TN; grandchildren Raven Abbygail, and Preslyns Emsley Mackens, and Lilly Claire, and Maddie Grace Street; as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will begin on Sunday, June 24, 2018, from 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM, and will continue on Monday, June 25, 2018, from 10:00 AM – until the time of services at Dickson Funeral Home.
Funeral services will begin at 12:00 PM on Monday, June 25, 2018, from the Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home with Bro Aaron Terlecki officiating.
Burial will follow at Jackson’s Chapel.
