Dorothy Lorene Few, age 94, of Dickson, TN, passed away March 8, 2021 at NHC in Dickson, TN. Dorothy Lorene was born December 1, 1926, in Hickman County, TN, to the late Clarence D. and Edna (Nye) Petty. She is survived by two sons, Kenneth Petty of Dickson, TN, and William L. (Billy) Few; a brother, Willie Thomas Petty of Clinton,TN; a sister, Wilma Harris of Dickson, TN; a grandchild, Spencer Caleb Few; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Paul Few; and two sisters, Sarah B. Wright and Marjorie Cochran. Visitation with the family will be at Dickson Funeral Home on Saturday, March 13, 2021 from 2:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., and will resume on Sunday, March 14, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. until the time of service. Funeral service will be at the Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home on Sunday, March 14, 2021 at 3:00 p.m., with Bro. Steve Baggett officiating; with a burial to follow to Fews Chapel Cemetery.
