Derrick Demond Darden, age 47, of Charlotte, TN, passed away at TriStar Horizon Medical Center on August 31, 2021. Derrick was born in Dickson, TN, on October 12, 1973, to Michaelyne Darden Turner. Those left to cherish his memory are his, God-dad, Thomas Floyd; mother, Michaelyne Turner; three sons, Zachary Darden of Charlotte, TN, Jordan (Sabrina) Darden of Mt. Juliet, TN, and Braden Darden of Yuma, TN; a daughter, Codie Darden of Pleasant View, TN; a brother, Timothy (Sarah) Hogan of Dickson, TN; three sisters, Tina Hogan of Dickson, TN, Candice Street of Charlotte, TN, and Kimberly (Michael) Burns of Clarksville, TN; five grandchildren, Serenity Darden, Elijah Darden, Cash Darden, Noelle Darden, and Adelyn Darden; and devoted Uncle David Darden. He is preceded in death by, brother, Jason Hogan; and grandparents, Albert and Patsy Darden. Visitation with the family will be Sunday, September 5, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Dickson Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Sunday, September 5, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home, with Rev. Jeffrey Norfleet officiating.
