Brenda Faye Patterson

Brenda Faye Patterson, 71 years of age, of Lyes, TN, passed away March 11, 2024.

Brenda was born February 20, 1953, in Nashville, TN, to the late William Thomas and Mildred (Green) Graves.

She loved her family, to her children, she was mama, or Boo-boo, which she was called by one of them, and to her grandchildren she was granny. She was loving, loyal, and funny. She enjoyed making jewelry, crocheting, cooking, and telling stories of her livelihood. Brenda was loved by all who knew her and will be deeply missed.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James Patterson; grandson, Michael Bryant; and a brother, William E. Graves.  Those left to cherish her memory are her children, step-son, Jerry Hill, son, Henry Woelk, Jr., daughter, Tammy Bryant (Dustin Martin), step-son, Michael (Linda) Woelk, and step-daughter, Donna Woelk; five grandsons; three granddaughters; two great-grandsons; and siblings, Donald (Lisa) Graves, Evelyn (Donald) Freeman, Alice (Dennis) Hudgens, Robert Graves, and Kathie (Andy) Price.

An Inurnment for Brenda is planned at Harpeth Hills Memorial Garden, 9090 Hwy 100, Nashville, TN, on Friday, May 3, 2024, at 2:30 P.M.
