Barbara Ann Lewis

Barbara Ann Lewis of Nashville Tennessee died April 19, 2021 at the age of 78. Barbara was born to the late Otis B. and Addie B. (Millwood) McDaniel in Dickson, Tennessee. She is survived by her husband: Jerry Wayne Lewis of Nashville, Tn.; Niece: Beverly (David) Spicer of Burns, Tn.; Nephew: Bruce Whitlow of Decatur, Alabama; Sister: Fay Heathco Dickson, Tn. Also Survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews and great great nieces and great great nephews Mrs. Lewis is preceded in death by parents, Ottis B. and Addie B. (Millwood) McDaniel; brothers Hollis R. McDaniel, Louis (Dick) McDaniel, James McDaniel; Sister Marie Whitlow. Visitation – will be Wednesday April 21, 2021 from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM at the Dickson Funeral Home. The Funeral will be Wednesday April 21, 2021 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Dickson Funeral Home with Pastor Tommy Hudgins officiating, with a burial to follow in the Union Cemetery.
