He was born on June 13,2021 to Clayborne and Sandra (Pemerton) Myers Welch in Davidson County, Tennessee. He is survived by his Parents: Clayborne and Sandra (Pemerton) Myers Welch; Sons: Arthur Shawn Welch Jr., and James Miller of Murfreesboro, Tn. ; Daughters: Bayleigh Michelle Welch, and Carrie Paulette Welch of Murfreesboro, Tn. ; Brothers: Clayborne Welch, IV. of Nashville, Tn. ; and Sister: Tasha Nichole Davis of Murfreesboro, Tn. Preceded in death by grandparents Visitation will be Wednesday May 19, 2021 from 3:00 – 8:00 PM and again on Thursday May 20, 2021 from 10:00 AM until time of services, at the Wards Chapel Church in Fairview Tn.
