Carolyn Vann

Carolyn (Smith) Vann of Dickson, TN; Age 74; Passed away on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at her residence. She was born in Bruce, MS to the late Mr. & Mrs. Leamon Wallace and Martha Estelle (Carter) Smith.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband James Vann; as well as her brothers Carter, and Elmo Smith. She is survived by her daughters Kathy Bradley (Tim), and Denice Bailey both of Dickson, TN; brother Charles Smith (Ceci); sister Sharon Frazier; 8 grandchildren Andrew Bailey, Shawn Bradley, Tabitha Marshall, Brandon Bailey, Amber Lemarr, Angel Bradley, Joshua Bradley, and Joseph Bradley; as well as 12 great grandchildren Addy, Rachel, Kaiden, Jeremiah, Addison, Rogan, Austin, Katie May, Georgie, Rylan, Maggie, and Josiah. Visitation will begin on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at Pine Hill Church of the Nazarene from 11 AM – until time of services. Funeral services will begin at 1:00 PM on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at Pine Hill Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Lawrence Golden officiating. Burial will be held at Pleasant View cemetery on Monday, February 19, 2017 at 11:00 AM.
