Linda Faye Smith

Linda Faye Smith, age 70 passed away on Tuesday, November 14th, 2017 at Tristar Medical Center in Dickson.  She was born on July 2nd, 1947 to the late Bradley and Edith Falkner Cunningham in Dickson County, TN.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a daughter, Tina Gaye Williams; son Thomas Harold Smith; brother David Cunningham, and sister Karen Ruth Edgin.  She is survived by her husband, Fredrick A. Smith, Sr. of Dickson; sons Fredrick A. Smith, Jr. (Donnell) of Alton, IL, Brad Allen Smith (Christine) of Lobelville, TN; Leo E,. Smith of Dickson; daughters Dorthea L. Rye (Ricky) and Daylinda Gayle Smith, both of Dickson; and sister Sandra Gayle Hayes of Charlotte.  She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.  Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 17th, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home with Father Matthew presiding. Interment to follow at Rock Springs Cemetery.    Visitation with the family will begin on Thursday, November 16th at 3:00 until 8:00 p.m. and Friday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
