Marjorie Imogene Gordon

Margie Gordon, age 85 passed away on Thursday, October 26th, 2017 at her residence in Primm Springs, TN.  She was born on May 26th, 1932 to the late Thomas Oakley and Mary Jane Oakley Moss in Williamson County, TN.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Houston Gordon; daughter Jeannette Gordon Penuel; sisters Ann Moss Jenkins, Dorothy Moss Anglin; brothers Thomas Moss Jr., Billy, Floyd, Joe and Horace Moss. She is survived by three sons, Paulie Houston Gordon, Jr. of Primm Springs, Randy Gordon (Brenda) of Fairview, Thelbert Gordon (Dina) of Primm Springs; two daughters, Elizabeth Louise Gordon Radford (Michael) of Brentwood, Marie Gordon Lankford of Charlotte; four sisters, Peggy Moss Overby of Fairview, Barbara Moss Teal of Manchester, TN; Alice Moss Gaskill of Franklin, TN, and Pat Moss Hay of Fairview.  She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Services will be held on Saturday, November 4th at 12:30 pm from the Fairview Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home with Brother Greg Mangrum officiating.  Interment to follow at Anglin Cemetery.  Visitation with the family will begin at 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
