Laura Ann Cecil of Bon Aqua, TN; Age 84; Passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at NHC in Dickson, TN. She was born in Dickson Co., TN on August 20, 1932 to the late Mr. & Mrs. Sam L. & Mable (Adcox) Yates. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son Randal Harold Cecil; brothers James Elvis, Carlton, and Wardell Yates; sisters Opal Aline Bowen, Jewel Christine Yates Street, and Bettie Yates Harper. Mrs. Cecil is survived by her husband Ramey Harold Cecil of Bon Aqua, TN; daughter Judith Gail Ethridge (Marcus) of Pewaukee, WI; brother Bobby Yates (Annette) of Nashville, TN; sister Janice Cochran of Dickson, TN; as well as grandchildren Jason Cecil & Elizabeth Ann Ethridge. Visitation is on Friday, April 21, 2017 from 2:30 – 8:00 PM and again on Saturday, April 22, 2017 from 9:00 AM – until time of services. Funeral services will begin on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at 11:00 AM from the Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Union Cemetery in Dickson, TN.
