James Anthony Vanatta

Tony Vanatta, age 58 passed away on Friday, April 14th 2017 at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN.  He was born on February 1st, 1959 to the late James Junior Vanatta and Norice Spicer Vanatta Tanksley.  In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a brother, Jeffrey Vanatta.  He is survived by one son, James Anthony Vanatta, Jr. of Lyles, TN; daughter Kara Lovett (Josh) of Knoxville, TN; sisters Janice Vanatta and Margie Jennette of Lyles; Dedra Vanatta of Dickson; and three grandchildren, Joshua Lovett, Jr., Millie and Benjamin Lovett.  Visitation with the family will begin on Monday, April 17th, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., and again on Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at the Fairview Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home.
