Jason Clark Berlin of Madison, AL passed away on Monday, November 7, 2016 at age 49 in Vanderbilt Medical Center Nashville, Tn.Jason proudly served his country for 9 years in the United States Air Force as well as many more as a Volunteer. After his time in the Air Force he went on to continue serving his community by becoming a firefighter and E.M.T.Jason spent his proudest days fighting fires and serving to help those in need. Jason is survived by his parents Michael and Roberta L. Cunningham; two daughters Ariella "Kelsea"Berlin of Bellevue, TN. and Grace Arrington Berlin of Hoover, Alabama.; brothers Tyler Ray Berlin (Barbara) of Murfreesboro, TN, and Joshua Bennett Cunningham of Fairview, TN; one sister Shannon Anitra Nolen of Fairview TN.; two grandchildren Avery Berlin and Gavin Barker. Mr. Berlin was preceded in death by Maternal Grandparents Harold and Frieda Berlin, also Paternal Grandfather Bennett A. "Pete" Cunningham. Visitation for Mr. Jason Clark Berlin will be held on Wednesday, November 9,2016 from 3-8 pm at the Dickson Funeral Home.
