Glendora Stanfield

Glendora Stanfield, age 87 passed away on Saturday, November 5th at NHC in Dickson, TN.  She was born on April 17th, 1929 to the late John and Katy Moon Finch in Gibson County, TN.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Layton Stanfield; son Billy Dale Stanfield;  brother Edward Finch; twin sister Lenora Dunn; and grandchildren Richard James Wyrick II, and Chelsea Cheek. She is survived by two daughters, Brenda Faye Kemp of Vanleer, TN, and Barbara Ann Cheek of South Bend, IN; half-brother Bobby Ray Finch of Florida; sister Katy Nell Kingrey of Danville, IL; half sisters, Betty Joe Harrison of Hickman, KY, Sue Little of Hobart, IN, Johnnie Lucky of Valparaiso, IN; three grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren. Services will be held on Thursday, November 10th at 1:00 pm. at Bubb Funeral Home in Mishawaka, IN with interment following at River View Cemetery.  Visitation with the family will begin on Wednesday, November 9th from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and again on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until time of service.
