John Steven Hagewood, Sr.

Mr. John Steven Hagewood, Sr.; of Dickson, TN; Age 67; Passed away on Wednesday, September 07, 2016. Mr. Hagewood was born on Monday, September 20, 1948 in Davidson County, TN to the late Mr. & Mrs. John Bailey and Lura Dean (Hampton) Hagewood. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his sister Gayle Collins. Mr. Hagewood is survived by his wife Jeanie Hagewood; son John Steven “Stevie” Hagewood, Jr.; step-son Garry Powers; daughter Patty Stewart; step-daughter Tasha Powers. As well as his grandchildren Shayna Hagewood, Jon Mark McLeod, Braxton Horner, and McKenna Horner.   Visitation will be Friday, September 09, 2016 from 3 – 8 PM and again on Saturday, September 10, 2016 from 11 – 2 PM.   Funeral Service will be Saturday, September 10, 2016 from the Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home beginning 2:00 PM with Bro. Danny Tidwell officiating.   Burial will follow Union Cemetery – Dickson, TN.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude's Hospital in Memphis, TN.    Arrangements by Dickson Funeral Home & Cremation Center – 209 E.
