James Edward Rush

Mr. James Edward Rush; of Fairview, Age 61; Passed away on Saturday, July 09, 2016 at his residence. Mr. Rush was born on Monday, November 22, 1954 in Detroit, MI to Mr. Charles & Virginia (Cobb) Rush.  He is a retired communications operator for Bell South. Mr. Rush is survived by his mother Virginia (Cobb) Rush of Fairview, TN; daughters Gretchen Hendrick (Keith) of Fairview, TN, Jennifer Green (Steve) of Hendersonville, TN, and Caren Rush of Hazel Green, AL; sister Sandy Moran of Nashville, TN; as well as his grandchildren Jerry Brown, Stevie Green, Raegan Hendrick, and Sarah Rush He was preceded in death by his father Charles Rush; brothers Charles Ray, and Jerry Rush; as well as his sister Jennie Rush. The visitation for Mr. Rush will be Monday, July 11, 2016 from 4 – 8 PM and Tuesday, July 12, 2016 from 12 PM – until time of service at the Fairview Chapel. The funeral service is on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 beginning at 2:00 PM from the Fairview Chapel. Burial will follow at Harpeth Hills Cemetery.
