Nettie Almeda Nalls

Nettie Almeda Nalls, age 89 passed away on Thursday, June 2nd at Golden Living Nursing Home in Gallatin, TN.  She was born in Cheatham County on February 24th, 1927 to the late Ellis B. and Dollie Cathey Parker. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Houston Nalls; lifelong friend, Sam Ament; brother Leo Parker; sister Lorene Reddon; and sister in law, Edna Nalls. She is survived by five step-children; and two sisters, Bessie Green and Evelyn Gowin of White Bluff. Funeral services for Mrs. Nalls will be held on Sunday, June 5th at 2:00 p.m. from the White Bluff Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home with Reverend Hubert Cunningham officiating.  Interment will follow at Hutton Cemetery.  Visitation will begin with the family on Saturday, June 4th at 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and again on Sunday at 11:00 a.m. until time of service.
