Tyler Blake Spicer, age 20 passed away on October 17th, 2015 at White Bluff. He was born on November 5th, 1994 in Dickson, Tn. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Henryetta Owens and maternal Step Grandmother-Linda Cobb. He is survived by his father, Brook Spicer, White Bluff Tn.; mother Amy Butler (Marvin Blocker) of Dickson; Step Mother-Anna Phillips (Rex Wert, Jr.) of Dickson; Paternal Grandfather-John Spicer (Carol) of Charlotte, Tn.; Paternal Great-Grandmother-Beulah Owens, of White Bluff; Maternal Grandmother, Mary Sue Jackson (Willard) of White Bluff; maternal grandfather, Gene Cobb of Charlotte Tn.; Godmother -Tonya Mangrum of North Carolina ; Brother-Dylan Spicer of White Bluff and Adam Spicer of Dickson; Sister-Maddie Butler and Brianna Spicer of White Bluff; and Numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
