James Buford Thomas, Jr.

James Buford Thomas, Jr., age 61 of Fairview, TN, passed away on September 14th, 2015 at his residence. He was born on November 5th, 1953 to the late James Buford Thomas, Sr. and Claudia Ann McClendon Thomas Martin. In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by three brothers, Ronnie, Clyde, and Jerry Thomas. He is survived by one son, James Stephen Thomas(Angela) of Ashland, City, TN; four daughters, Patricia White of Nunnelly, TN, Jennifer Westmoreland (Allen) of Springfield, TN, Elizabeth Mercado of Clarksville,TN, and Michelle Bottoms of Tullahoma, TN. He is also survived by one brother, Dale Martin of Nashville, TN, and one sister, Cathy Cheeves of Centerville, TN. Mr. Thomas has 15 grandchildren and two great-grandhchildren. A memorial service will be held at the Dickson Funeral Home Fairview Chapel on Saturday, September 24th at 7:00 p.m. with visitation with the family from 4:00 p.m until time of service.
