Charles Elbert Newberry

Charles Elbert Newberry age 87 of Dickson passed away August 26, 2015 at his residence. Mr. Newberry is preceded in death by his parents Clellan and Roberta (Davidson) Newberry; Wife Alice Odell Newberry; sons Bobby Ray "Bobo" Newbery and Randall "Chunk" Newberry; grandson James Lamastus; granddaughter Karie Newberry; brothers Bob and Milton Newberry. Mr. Newberry is survived by sons Anthony (Tina) Newberry, Charles "Snooker" (Teresa) Newberry and Phillip (Debbie) Newberry; daughters Rita (Sam) Kelly, Margie (James) Elkins and Brenda "Binky" Sullivan, 18 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Visitation with the family will be Thursday August 27, 2015 from 12 pm until 8pm and Friday August 28, 2015 from 10 am until service time. Funeral Services for Mr. Newberry will be held Friday August 28, 2015 at 2 pm from the Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home with Bro. Doug Tidwell Officiating. Burial to follow in the New Hope Cemetery.
