Mrs. Sondra "Sam" Kay (Lilly) Mackens of Charlotte, Tn. passed away February 10,2015 at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville Tn. at age 58. Mrs. Mackens is survived by :Husband - Doyle Mackens; Sons - Steven Lilly, Jeremy Street (Keri); Step-Son - Travis Mackens (Valerie); Brothers - Toby Lilly, J.C. Lilly; Sister Gayl Lilly; Grand Children - Lilly Claire Street. Mrs. Mackens is preceded in death by parents:Charles Lilly and Frances (Meadows) Lilly. Visitation will be Friday February 13, 2015 from 3:00 - 8:00 pm., and Saturday February 14, from 9:00 - 11:00 am. Funeral services for Mrs. Sondra Kay Mackens will Saturday February 14 at 11:00 am., from the Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home. Burial to follow at Jackson Chapel.
