Hershel Ward Fielder

Mr. Hershel Ward Fielder was born June 18, 1928 to Harlan and Gladys (West) Fielder in Dickson County, Tennessee. He passed away November 26, 2014 at NHC Healthcare Center of Dickson. He was 86 years of age. Survivors include: Wife Carolyn Fielder; sons Tony Fielder of Slayden and Tim Fielder (Lesa) of Charlotte; daughters Phyllis England (Dale) of White Bluff and Rita Kay Donegan of Dickson; step-daughters Patty Shnepp (John) of New Johnsonville and Sharon Curtis (Jamey) of McEwen; grandchildren Kenneth, Rusty,. Courtney, Luke, Will, Sarah, Angel, Melissa, Lovie, and Honey; eleven great grandchildren. Funeral service was Monday, December 1st, from the Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home with Bro. Daniel Cauthen officiating. Burial followed in the Fielder Cemetery. Mr. Fielder worked at Schrader Automotive from 1964-1990. He went to Nashville Plastics until retiring in 1995. He was a member of the Dickson Moose Lodge 2035 for 50 years and a member of the West Dickson Church of Christ. Arrangements by Dickson Funeral Home.
