Andy Kabra Brooks

Mr. Andy Kabra Brooks was born October 17, 1959 to Charles Pendergrass and Geraldine Brooks in Dickson County, Tennessee. He passed away May 28, 2014 at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville. He was 56 years of age. Survivors include: Father Charles Pendergrass; wife Cynthia Brooks; sons Joshua Harris (Christy) and Andrew Brooks; step-son David Batson; daughters Andrya Brooks, Andi Janell Brooks, Andreaun Sauners, and Kylee Brooks; step-daughter Shanna Batson; brothers Keenan Pendergrass, Kelvin Pendergrass, Steve Primm, and Joseph Primm; sisters Jean Jackson (Mark), Kimberley Mays, Darlene Mays, Stephanie Lewis (Robert), and Cynthia Patterson; aunt Ernestine Holt; seventeen grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles. Besides his mother, Mr. Brooks is preceded in death by his daughter Tamra Brooks and sister Debra Gordon. Funeral services will be Wednesday, June 4th, from the Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home beginning at 2 pm with Pastor Norman Manning officiating. Burial will follow in the East Dickson Cemetery.
