Rebecca Greer Taylor

Mrs. Rebecca Greer Taylor was born April 22, 1921 to Daniel Leech and Sara (Mathis) Greer in Dickson County, Tennessee. She passed away May 17, 2014 at her daughter's residence in Dickson. She was 93 years of age. She is survived by one daughter, Sara Dianne Thompson, and her husband Randy, one granddaughter Stephanie Diane Shadowens and her husband Alex. There are several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Mrs. Taylor is preceded in deathby her husband of 54 years Lonnie Ray Taylor, brothers Burton, Wed, Roland, and John Greer, and sisters Lula Belle Fussell, Christine Southerland, and Pauline Spann. Graveside services will be Monday, May 19th, beginning at 2 pm with her nephew Donnie Spann officiating. Burial will be in the Dickson County Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to Caris Hospice or the Roberts Cemetery. Arrangements by Dickson Funeral Home.
