George William Textor

Mr. George William Textor was born February 16, 1942 in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He passed away April 28, 2014 in St. Louis, Missouri. He was 72 years of age. Survivors include: sons Aaron Textor (Christy) of Orlando, FL and Jason Nobles (Heather) of Murfreesboro, TN; daughters Abigail Kristen Textor of Deadwood, Oregon and Katie Wilkes of Nashville; brothers Ed, Bob, and Doug Textor; sisters Linda, Ruby, and Reba; and grandchildren Savannah Gannon and Maggie Nobles. Visitation will be Saturday and Sunday, May 3-4, from 6-8 pm each night, and Monday, May 5th, from 9-10:15 am. Funeral service will be Monday, May 5th, from the Rotunda of the Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery in Pegram beginning at 11 am with Bro. Kevin Allen officiating. Mr. Textor proudly served his country in the United States Navy and Naval Reserve from 1959-1965. He will be buried with military honors. Arrangements by Dickson Funeral Home.
