Niva Belle Austin

Ms. Niva Belle Dunnaway Austin was a lifelong resident of Dickson County. She was born on August 14, 1926 and passed away at her residence on April 8th, 2014. Ms. Austin was preceded in death by her parents Banks Dunnaway and Minnie (Reynolds)Dunnaway; her husband Edward Austin, Jr.; sons Randy Lee Austin and Bobby Mixon; brother Carl Dunnaway and sister Clara Dunnaway. She is survived by sons Donald Austin (Debbie) of Dickson TN, Douglas Ray Austin (Anita) of Joelton, TN and William Austin of Tipton,TN; and daughters Margaret DeMoss(Tom) of Burns, TN, Anita Joyce Austin of Dickson, TN , Niva Belle Daniels (Joe) of Dickson, TN, and Mary Wiebelhaus (Greg) of Rio Rancho, NM. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren and several greatgrandchildren, and many step great great grandchildren. Ms. Austin was a member of the Friendship Baptist Church in Dickson, TN. Visitation is Wednesday April 9th 11:00 pm. until 8:00 pm. Thursday April 10th from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm and Friday April 11th 11:00 am until time of service. Funeral is Friday April 11th until 2:00 pm. Burial will be at Union Cemetery in Dickson, TN.
