J.T. McCord

Mr. J.T. McCord was born December 15, 1926 to Joe and Ethel (Sharp) McCord in Williamson County, Tennessee. He passed away February 17, 2014 at his residence in Fairview. Survivors include: son Robert McCord and his wife Marilyn of Fairview; daughter Patricia Ivey and her husband Donny of Fairview; brothers Reece McCord of Dickson and Dean McCord of Adairville, KY; five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Besides his parents, Mr. McCord is preceded in death by his wife Irene, brothers L.C., Luther, Howard, J.C., and Delbert McCord, and sister Evelyn McEwen. Visitation and funeral service will take place at the Fairview Chapel on Wednesday, February 19th. Visitation will begin at 10 am with the Funeral Service scheduled for 2 pm with Pastor Skip Hulon officiating. Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery in the Pinewood Community.
