James William Cauthen

Mr. James William Cauthen was born November 22, 1946 to Eugene Houston Cauthen and Gladys Reynolds Cauthen in Dickson County, Tennessee. He passed away following a lengthy illness September 4, 2013 at his residence in Mt. Juliet. He was 66 years of age. Survivors include: wife of 49 years Carolyn Faye Cauthen; sons Michael David Cauthen (Julie) of Franklin, Daniel James Cauthen (Laura) of Dickson, and Matthew Shawn Cauthen (Polly) of Mt. Juliet; brothers Arthur Eugene Cauthen of Dickson and Robert T. Cauthen (Ann) of Bon Aqua; grandchildren Mason Myles Cauthen, Martin James Cauthen, and Sean David Cauthen. Funeral services were September 6th, from the Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home. Bro. David Shannon, minister of the Mt. Juliet Church of Christ, officiated. Burial followed in the Taylor Town Church of Christ Cemetery in White Bluff. Mr. Cauthen worked for many years as HVAC technician with the Dickson County School system. He also worked as an independent contractor. He was a member of the Church of Christ. Arrangements by Dickson Funeral Home.
