Elizabeth Ray Willis

Mrs. Elizabeth Ray Jackson-Lowe Willis was born July 10, 1926 to Herbert and Edith (Gill) Jackson in Dickson County, Tennessee. She passed away August 31, 2013 at her residence in White Bluff. She was 87 years of age. Survived by: daughters Carole Low Hackney (Pat) of Mt. Juliet and Kathryn Lowe Bradford of Springfield; brothers James David Jackson and Thomas Edgar Jackson (both of White Bluff); grandchildren April Hackney, Angela Hackney Bell (Derek), Jonathan Bradford, and Amy Bradford; great grandchildren Ava Grace and Caleb Bell, Mackenzie and Ben Bradford. Besides her parents, Mrs. Willis is preceded in death by her husbands James. Y. Lowe and James Walter Willis, sister Dartha Bull, and brother Collins Lee Jackson. Visitation will be Monday, September 2nd, at the White Bluff Chapel from 4-8 pm and Tuesday, September 3rd, from 10 am until time of service. Funeral service will be Tuesday, September 3rd, from the White Bluff Chapel beginning at 11 am with Bro. Pat Hackney officiating. Burial will follow in the Williams Cemetery.
