John Douglas Campbell, Sr.

Mr. John Douglas Campbell, Sr. was born November 7, 1928 to George and Ethel (Brittian) Campbell in Flushing, New York. He passed away May 10, 2013 at his residence in White Bluff. He was 84 years of age. He is survived by: wife Ruth J. Campbell; sons John Campbell, Jr. and his wife Lani of Germantown, Maryland and Gary Campbell of Jessup, Maryland; daughter Lois DeWeese and her husband Winston of Southport, North Carolina; five grandchildren. Besides his parents, Mr. Campbell is preceded in death by his brothers Harry and George Campbell and sister Marion Campbell. Funeral services will be Monday, May 13th, from the White Bluff Chapel with Bro. Aaron Terlecki officiating. Burial will follow in the Dickson County Memorial Gardens. Mr. Campbell served his country in the United States Army.
