Gerald Walter Hoppe, Jr.

Mr. Gerald Walter Hoppe, Jr. was born March 6, 1949 to Gerald Walter and Gwendolyn (McComb) Hoppe in Fort Worth, Texas. He passed away February 6, 2013 at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville. He was 63 years of age. He is survived by: wife Jeannette Hoppe; sons Tom Hoppe and his wife Gail of Watertown and Tim Hoppe and his wife Diana of Bon Aqua; sister roberta Melkovitz and her husband Steve of Arkansas; ten grandchildren and one great grandchild. Besides his parents, Mr. Hoppe is preceded in death by his daughter-in-law Wendy Trai Hoppe. Memorial services will be held on Sunday, February 17th, at the Cowboy Church in Bon Aqua beginning at 3 pm with Pastor Jerry Reynolds officiating. The family will receive visitors beginning at 2 pm. Arrangements are by Dickson Funeral Home.
