Curtis Gale Lewis

Mr. Curtis Gale Lewis was born October 8, 1941 to Addison Roosevelt and Mary Myrtle (Walker) Lewis in Dickson County, Tennessee. He passed away December 31, 2012 at his residence following a short illness. He is survived by: wife Dorothy Lee "Dot" Lewis; sons John Martin Lewis of Utah and Brian Addison Lewis (Meredith) of Missouri; step-sons Jeff Travis (Lorie) of Dickson, Ronnie Travis (Tawanda) of Mt. Juliet, and Doug Travis of Dickson; daughter Karen Dawn Smith (Mark) of Missouri; sisters Dorothy Nell Bruce of Dickson and Rita Finley of Clarksville. There are six grandchidren and five great grandchildren. Besides his parents, Curtis Lewis is preceded in death by his sister Julia Gardner. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 2nd, from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm and Thursday, January 3rd, from 11 am until time of service. Funeral service will be Thursday, January 3rd, from the Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home beginning at 2 pm with Bro. Daniel Cauthen and step-son Ronnie Travis officiating. Burial will follow in the Dickson County Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Dickson Funeral Home.
