Bill Monroe Givens

Mr. Bill Monroe "Wild Bill" Givens was born May 27, 1944 to Jeff and Mary Zella (Kellogh) Givens in Hickman County, Tennessee. He passed away December 14, 2012 at the NHC Healthcare Center in Dickson at the age of 68. He is survived by: daughter Mattie R. "Sissy" Capps (Lynn) of Lyles; sisters Dorothy Tidwell of Lyles and Flora Tucker of Holly Springs, Mississippi; and grandchidren Josephe, Aaron, and Angela Capps. Besides her parents, Mr. Givens is preceded in death by his wife Martha Tibbs, sons Bill Monroe Givens, Jr. and Billy Ray Givens, daughter Patricia Faye Givens, and sister Mildred Luckett. Funeral services were Monday, December 17th, from the Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home with Bro. Douglas Tidwell officiating. Arrangements by Dickson Funeral Home.
