Florence Thelma Beard

Mrs. Florence Thelma Beard was born October 28, 1916 to Homer Earl and Alta Mae (Rogers) Smith in Grayson County, Texas. She passed awar December 6, 2012 at her residence in Kingston Springs. She is survived by: daughters Bennie Nell Anderson of Timbo, Arkansas, Jan Rasmussen of Round Rock, Texas, Carol Ferguson of Timbo, Arkansas, and Sara Dozier (donald) of Kingston Springs; brother Morris Jame Smith of Denison, Texas; seventeen grandchildren and twenty-seven great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Samuel B. Beard, son Homer Delbert "Deedie" Beard, brothers Don and Guan Smith, and sisters Helen Christy and Doris Kilfoy. Memorial service was held on Thursday, December 6th, at the White Bluff Chapel with Bro. Larry Cochran officiating. Arrangements by Dickson Funeral Home.
