Mrs. Rosie Lee Hall was born November 5, 1920 to James Andrew and Lulie Ola (Watson) Hargrove in Humphreys County, Tennessee. She passed away October 11, 2012 at the Hillcrest Nursing Home in Ashland City, Tennessee. She is survived by: sons John Dalton Hall, III (Dorothy) of Pensacola, FL, James Larry Hall (Anne) of Burns, Charles Anthony "Tony" Hall (Dianne) of Burns, and George Allen Hall of Birmingham, AL; daughters Martha E. Barfield (Albert) of Ashland City and Lis Marlene Dycus (Robert) of Williamsport, TN; extended family Jimmie Hall (Nellie Jo) of White Bluff, Mary Hall Rose of Cleveland, Ohio, Christine Hall Moss of Bon Aqua, Evelyn Hall Watts (Russell) of Nashville, and Arlene Work of Dickson. There are eleven grandchildren, three step grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren (with twins expected soon), and four step great grandchildren. Besides her parents, Mrs. Hall is preceded in death by her husband John Dalton Hall, Jr., daughter Rosa Kerr, brothers Calvin, Johnny, Melvin, and Austin Hargrove, and sister Ruth Meza. Visitation with the family will be Saturday, October 13th, from 2-5 pm, Sunday, October 14th, from 1-8 pm, and Monday, October 15th, from 9 am until time of service. Funeral service will be Monday, October 15th, from the Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home beginning at 11 am with Bro. Terry Bear officiating. Burial will follow in the Hall Cemetery in Burns, TN. Arrangements by Dickson Funeral Home.
