Geraldine Wackley

Mrs. Geraldine Wackley was born September 6, 1921 to Curtis A. and Nellie (Ridgeway) McGregor in Moss Run, Ohio. She passed away October 10, 2012 at the Homewood Residence of Brookmont Terrace in Brentwood, TN. She is survived by: son Karl Richard Wackley of Warren, Michigan; daughters Kathryn Muschong (Carl) of Gladwin, Michigan and Susan Gurne of Fairview; brothers Carroll T. McGregor and Howard R. "Dickie" McGregor, both of Marrietta, Ohio; sister Josephine STegner of Jeffersonville, Indiana and Mary Adams of Lakeland, Florida; seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Besides her parents, Mrs. Wackley is preceded in death by her husband Karl Frederick Wackley, brother Gerald "Red" McGregor and daughter Mary Ellen Foust. Private services will be held at a later date at the Moss Run Cemetery in Marrietta, Ohio (her birthplace). Mrs. Wackley is retired from nursing.
