John Thomas Pritchard

Mr. John Thomas Pritchard was born February 9, 1919 to Clyde and Madie (Halliburton) Pritchard in Houston County, Tennessee. He passed away July 31, 2012 at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson. He is survived by his wife, Dixie; daughters Bonnie Rios of Dickson, Judy O'Hara of Jonesboro, Tennessee, and Sandy Yott of Swansea, South Carolina; sons Bobby Pritchard of Flint, Michigan and Ricky Pritchard of Tennessee; nephew Ron Pritchard of Dickson, and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Besides his parents, Mr. Pritchard is preceded in death by his son John Pritchard, Jr., sisters Olene Foreman and Catherine Pritchard, and brothers Louie, Clyde, Edward, Paul, Bill, and George Pritchard. Visitation will be Thursday, August 2nd, from 5-8 pm and Friday, August 3rd, from 9 am until time of service. Funeral service will be Friday, August 3rd, from the Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home beginning at 11 am with Bro. Donnie Craig officiating. Burial will follow in the Collier Cemetery in Houston County. Mr. Pritchard is a retired machinist with General Motors. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during World War II.
